This year we took part again in the annual 3 day Tesco Neighbourhood Collection. We were supported by volunteers from Lloyds; Red Cross; The Town Planners; EDF Energy; Riverside Housing; The Air Cadets & Sea Cadets; staff from Tesco Quedgeley and volunteers from the Foodbank to help us collect the donations. Once again we were overwhelmed by the generosity of the people of Gloucester who donated 5.95 tonnes filling around 500 crates with food and toiletries. The donations included a sizeable amount of festive goodies which will enable us to give Christmas hampers on top of the normal emergency parcels to the individuals and families needing our support throughout December. We could not help those in crisis in this city without your support so Thank You.
